Digital Innovation Journey @ The Connectory Brasil

On April 17 and 18, Connectory Campinas opened the doors of its new collaborative space to host the Digital Innovation Journey, an event focused on digital innovation, with around 150 participants in all.
On April 17, Bosch employees signed up for tours of the space and lectures on open innovation, disruptive technologies and entrepreneurship. Visitors took part in dynamics to experience the innovation process in practice, using the Design Thinking methodology, and were also introduced to Adventure, a global innovation program that aims to promote a culture of innovation and an intrapreneurial mindset among Bosch employees, based on the development of new business ideas.
On the second day of the event, in addition to the panels focusing on technology and innovation, participants had the opportunity to exchange valuable knowledge in various areas, such as entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, open innovation and disruptive technologies. With the presence of renowned speakers, the diversity of themes and perspectives contributed to an enriching and inspiring experience for all those present.
The panel “People in tech: learnings and opportunities” was moderated by Graziele Bassi, HR Specialist at Bosch, and also included the participation of Henrique Doná, Head of Technical Training at Bosch, Sílvia Cristina de Matos Soares, Director of Systems Analysis at PUC-Campinas, and Claudia Melo, Director of Technology at 42 SP.intrapreneurial mindset of Bosch employees, based on the development of new business ideas.
The second panel, entitled “Artificial Intelligence: applications, trends and where we’re going”, addressed the applications and trends of artificial intelligence, including ethical issues and the impact on the world of work. It was moderated by Bruna Amaral, Open Innovation Developer at Bosch, with Rodrigo Meira de Andrade, Technology and Innovation Engineer at Bosch, and Nanci Gardim, Open Innovation Manager at CPQD.
“Open Innovation: The Importance of Partnerships in Generating Business” was the theme of the last panel, which emphasized the importance of collaborations for effective innovation. Moderated by Fernando Matsunaga, Senior Manager of Technology and Innovation at Bosch Brazil, as well as the participation of Joana Janssen, Open Innovation Coordinator at Endeavor Brazil, Cesar Rossin, Innovation Program Manager at GROW, and Jose Eduardo Azarite, Founder and Vice President of Corporate Innovation at Venture Hub.
The Digital Innovation Journey, promoted by Campinas Connectory, provided a unique opportunity for networking and connection between professionals from different areas of technology and innovation.
